West Wildwood is a borough in Cape May County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is part of the Ocean City metropolitan statistical area and ultimately part of the greater Delaware Valley or Philadelphia metropolitan area. West Wildwood was incorporated as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 21, 1920, from portions of Middle Township
