Avalon Manor, New Jersey is an Island Community, close to the Beaches of Avalon. There are about 150 homes here, with over 25% occupied “year round”. 2021 marks the 59th year of the AMIA (Avalon Manor Improvement Association). Avalon Manor’s Residents are a wonderful mix of long-time and new homeowners. We are steeped in history and have a mix of modest and impressive homes.
